12 Beacons of Christmas

A jump back to almost a year ago.  We ran our 12 Beacons of Christmas game using the fantastic clothespin Elves and Teddy Graham hordes Eric created.
We used the DC5 alien hunting rules, figuring a horde is a horde regardless of composition.
It worked pretty well!  we needed to adjust the turn sequence slightly because we had far more players than we first thought, but otherwise it worked great.

The Elves are painted clothespins, armed with icicle guns from a garland strand if I recall correctly.
The TG are actual Teddy Grahams based on a chocolate base.  Yup, you ate them when you killed them!

The village is made of 2 liter bottles cut in half, painted, then decorated with paper.

For some reason I don't recall, the Teddy Grahams were trying to stop Santa.  Squads of heavily armed elves were deployed to stop the TG hordes, and to activate the randomly placed 12 Beacons of Christmas that Santa needs to take off before time ran out.

Note the Teddy Graham "orbital deployment pod" crashed in the snow.  These are where the TG hordes came flooding forth from.
